Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CallPilot, provided by CallPilot. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
1. The service
CallPilot gives your business an AI employee that calls your leads, records and transcribes the calls, scores the leads and drafts WhatsApp follow-ups that you review and send yourself. AI output can be wrong; check important details before acting on them.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Calling rules you must follow
- Only upload and call people you are allowed to contact, with their consent where the law requires it, including consent to an AI call and to recording.
- Follow the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TRAI) and other applicable law, including the National Customer Preference Register (DND). CallPilot only places calls between 9:00 and 21:00 in the lead’s local time, but you remain responsible for whom you call and why.
- Honour opt-outs. When someone asks not to be called, CallPilot marks them do-not-call; do not re-add them.
- Do not use CallPilot for spam, harassment, fraud, debt-collection threats, political campaigning, impersonation or any unlawful purpose.
- Give the AI employee accurate information about your business; you are responsible for what it says based on what you teach it.
We may pause calling or suspend an account that breaks these rules or draws complaints.
4. Plans, minutes and payment
Calling time is measured in minutes against your plan. Calls may be held back when your remaining minutes run low. Prices, inclusions and renewal terms are shown in the app before you buy. Unused minutes do not carry over unless the plan says so.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into CallPilot. You let us process it to run the service as described in our Privacy Policy. For your leads’ data you are the Data Fiduciary and we process it on your behalf.
6. Availability
We work to keep CallPilot running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Calls depend on telecom networks and third-party providers outside our control.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, CallPilot is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost business, or for calls you instruct us to make in breach of these terms.
8. Ending the service
You can stop using CallPilot and delete your account at any time from the app. We may end the service for an account with notice, or immediately for serious misuse.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact us first at founder@olitun.in; we will try to resolve any dispute informally.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use CallPilot means you accept the new terms.
